What's the minimum order quantity?

For printing and embroidery we work from 1 unit for samples. There's no minimum for graphic design. Per-unit pricing improves with volume.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on volume and technique. Small-format printing: 2–3 days. Embroidery: 3–7 days. Web pages: 5–10 days depending on scope. We offer an express option with a surcharge for urgent orders.

What format should I send my logo in?

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. If you only have an image, we'll vectorize it and prepare it for embroidery or printing.

Do you ship to other cities?

Yes. We arrange shipping by carrier nationwide; the cost is added to the quote.
